🌈 Poppymellow Return & Exchange Policy

Groovy vibes, no-stress returns.

At Poppymellow, we want you to feel joyfully obsessed with what you get.
If something feels off-vibe, don’t worry — we offer a 5-day easy-breezy return or exchange from the date of delivery.

Once your return starts its journey back to us, it may take 5–7 days to reach our studio. We’ll keep things smooth and mellow throughout.


🔄 Reverse Pick-Up (The Chill Way Back)

  • Reverse pick-up charges: ₹0 (yep, zero).

  • Our courier fam will try 3 times to pick up the product.

  • If they can’t pick it up due to location/serviceability, you may need to self-ship the item to our address.

  • Reverse pick-up depends on the serviceability of your pincode.


🌸 Return Conditions (Tiny but Important)

To keep things fair and groovy for everyone:

  • Product must be returned in the same cute condition it arrived.

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed — with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing visible wear or damage sadly won’t be eligible for refund/exchange.


💸 Refund Timelines (Mellow and Transparent)

Once your return lands at our studio:

  • Give us 5 days to process it.

  • Refund will reflect in your bank account shortly after.

  • We’ll keep you updated — no ghosting here.

🚫 Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before it’s dispatched from our warehouse.
After it’s out for the vibe ride → cancellation won’t be possible.


📦 Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pick-Up Isn’t Available)

If your pincode isn’t serviceable for pick-up, you can ship the product to:

Please:

  • Pack securely (don’t hurt the cute merch).

  • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.


📝 Terms & Conditions (The Fine Print, but Make It Mellow)

  • Bank details you share for refunds will be considered final.

  • If you got a “delivered” SMS/email but your order is missing, inform us within 24 hours.

  • Please handle your Poppymellow goodies with care till return — tags, sleeves, wrappings, all of it.

  • If something feels off at delivery, tell us within 1 day with photos so we can help.

  • Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and update you about refund eligibility.

  • Post-confirmation, refunds can take up to 7 working days (usually faster).
